AW Maritime was engaged to provide superintendency and construction phase support for the Black Rock Seawall Remediation Project. AWM’s role includes project initiation, contractor coordination, and ongoing technical oversight to ensure the works were delivered in accordance with approved specifications, engineering drawings, and compliance requirements.
As part of AWM’s services, we reviewed contractor documentation—including Environmental and Traffic Management Plans—oversaw site establishment and attend weekly site inspections and meetings. AWM also managed construction hold points and provide key deliverables such as progress reports, hold point inspection reports, practical completion certification, and updated asset condition data within the CAMS database, supporting long-term maintenance and asset management.
